GraftAssureDx™ is intended to quantify relative (%) and absolute (cp/mL) levels of donor-derived cell-free DNA (dd-cfDNA) in plasma following kidney transplantation to aid in the assessment of the probability of allograft rejection at the time of testing in conjunction with standard clinical assessments.
GraftAssureIQ™ is a dd-cfDNA test that uses droplet digitalTM PCR (ddPCRTM) technology to measure the concentration of dd-cfDNA using a validated set of predefined SNPs with high minor allele population frequency. The kit enables the determination of both fractional (%) and absolute (copies/mL) concentration of dd-cfDNA for a comprehensive understanding of the amount of dd-cfDNA in the sample.
